Brenda L. Clark

 

Brenda has over 30 years of hands-on experience within security, emergency management, risk and resilience, law enforcement, safety, victim advocacy, and organizing and evaluating large-scale training exercises.  She has extensive skills in security program management, risk evaluation, and risk mitigation for large campuses throughout the world.  She taught and advised on response procedures to security incidents at every stage and enjoys a reputation for being a high-energy self-starter and someone known to be knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to work with.  Whether she is conducting threat and vulnerability assessments on facilities,

utilities, or structures, teaching how to control access to sensitive and/or classified facilities, or planning how to respond to an active threat, Brenda brings commitment, due diligence, and professionalism from years of training and formal education to every task.  She completed the fingerprint-based Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History background check by the Texas Department of Public Safety and is authorized to work in a position of public trust.  Brenda understands the principles of duty and selfless service and possesses the ability to use discretion when handling sensitive and highly confidential information.  She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, a Master’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  Brenda is an active member of ASIS International and holds an inactive federal SECRET clearance.

Rodger 'Kevin' Clark

 

Kevin has over 30 years of hands-on experience within security, emergency management, safety, and law enforcement.  He has extensive skills in security and emergency planning as well as identifying, mitigating, and correcting security deficiencies critical to the protection of critical assets, facilities, staff, and visitors.  Kevin has personally performed over 500 Threat and Vulnerability Assessments and or Higher Headquarters Assessments on federal, state, and local facilities.  He is responsible for the development and execution of physical security, threat and 

vulnerability hazard analysis for customers such as the Department of Defense, state government, and private organizations.  Kevin was a key participant in the development of policy on national security issues including the sharing of terrorist information between federal, state, and local law enforcement.  Some of his previous projects include working as a Senior Mission Assurance Analyst, an Anti-Terrorism Manager, Physical Security Inspector, Emergency Manager, Security Engineer, and Nonlethal Weapons Instructor.  Kevin is considered an authority in his field teaching organizations how to assess vulnerabilities of a facility or structure, and how to plan for, mitigate, and respond to active threats.  He is qualified to instruct “Run, Hide, Fight, Tell”, “Avoid, Deny, Defend” and “Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate” in response to active threat events.  Kevin is a certified Firearm’s Instructor and Defensive Pistol Instructor.  He completed the fingerprint-based Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History background check by the Texas Department of Public Safety and is authorized to work in a position of public trust. Kevin understands the principles of duty and selfless service and possesses the ability to use discretion when handling sensitive and highly confidential information.  He enjoys a reputation for being a detailed oriented self-starter and someone known to be knowledgeable, resourceful, insightful, approachable, and easy to work with.  Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  He is an active member of ASIS International and holds an inactive federal TOP SECRET clearance.
