Physical Security Assessment - Federal Facilities

C2 Threat Solutions was retained to conduct a comprehensive security study for a federal agency.  The project included conducting a Risk and Resiliency assessment using the DHS Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Risk Management Process (RMP) methodology on Field Offices and Diversion Dams.  The assessment included a threat analysis from domestic and international terrorist organizations and extremist groups.  We assessed the existing physical security measures and identified opportunities to mitigate security vulnerabilities.  We reviewed security policies and procedures and the staffing and training of their security guard forces.  We conducted purposeful interviews with key staff to ascertain historical security data and concerns.  In addition, we conducted a lighting audit of each field office and dam using a Light Meter with a Certificate of Calibration with standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. We provided the client with a Physical Security Assessment (PSA) report, Facility Security Plan (FSP) for each Field Office, and a PSA for each Diversion Dam. We provided content for the facilities' Computer-aided Design and comprehensive security plan.
