Security Study - Government-subsidized Housing

C2 Threat Solutions was retained to conduct a Security Study of three multi-complex housing communities. The project included conducting a security and risk assessment of existing security measures, video surveillance system and access controls, practices, security guard force response, and purposeful interviews of management and tenants. The team used the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) methodology to conduct the assessment. In addition, we conducted a lighting audit using a light meter with a certificate of calibration and standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. We delivered written findings and a report detailing recommendations (with cost estimates) to create a safe and secure environment for staff members and residents.
