Physical Security Assessment - Administrative Buildings

C2 Threat Solutions was retained to conduct a Physical Security Assessment on two facilities for a Non-profit that connects vulnerable populations across the United States to a wide range of helpful services.  The contract involved conducting a comprehensive security risk and resiliency assessment on both administrative buildings using the DHS Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Risk Management Process (RMP) methodology.  We also conducted a lighting audit on both buildings using a Light Meter with a Certificate of Calibration with standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.  We delivered a Physical Security Assessment report for each building, a computer-aided design for a redesigned front lobby, and an overall comprehensive security plan for both buildings.

Physical Security Assessment - Faith-based Administrative Building

C2 Threat Solutions conducted a Physical Security Assessment on a faith-based administrative building that services one of the largest faith organizations in San Antonio.  The methodology used in this project was Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). The scope included a review of Physical Barriers and Site Hardening, Physical Entry and Access Control, Security Lighting, Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Security Personnel, and Security Policies and Procedures, and preparing and facilitating an online safety questionnaire for the staff to complete.  Our team also assessed Facility Administrative Procedures, Emergency Action Plans, Continuity Plans, and Training.  We delivered findings and recommended security measures to enhance the security program. The client received a comprehensive written plan to create a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.
