We are a service-disabled veteran-owned, Texas VetHUB certified, Security and Risk Management Consulting Company that offers comprehensive security-focused solutions to High-Risk Threats. With over 50 years of combined Security and Risk Management, Emergency Management, and Law Enforcement experience, we have established strong relationships with federal, state, and local governments as well as local institutions. Our commitment is to adopt an all-hazards, best practices approach to equip our clients with the tools necessary to prepare for and respond to natural and man-made threats. Both of our Principals are Certified Protection Professionals (CPP) who have achieved Board Certification in Security Management from ASIS International, a global network of over 34,000 security practitioners dedicated to protecting three primary asset categories - People, Property, and Information. The CPP certification is recognized as the "gold standard" in security management by industry professionals and is regarded, both within and outside the security field, as a true measure of competency and dedication to the security profession. Additionally, one of our Principals is a certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Practitioner.

SECURITY STUDIES

The security assessment involves a thorough physical security evaluation that employs various industry methodologies and best practices. The risk assessment addresses a wide range of threats, including both malicious actions and natural hazards. The threat assessment analyzes relevant information to determine the likelihood of each threat occurring. Additionally, the vulnerability assessment examines the potential impact of a successful attack and assesses the facility's susceptibility to such incidents. Clients receive a detailed security assessment along with actionable recommendations to enhance and strengthen their security posture.

SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING

The security awareness training encompasses Active Assailant Threat - Individual Response training, Workplace Violence Awareness and Response training, and De-escalation training.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Emergency management relies on quick decision-making, especially when a company's reputation and financial stability are on the line. We conduct tabletop exercises to help develop effective policies, plans, and procedures in a low-stress setting. We also assess existing programs and create tailored emergency management plans to identify gaps and weaknesses. Our approach integrates operational business continuity with tactical emergency response, using an all-hazards methodology.
